Kisumu is the third largest City in Kenya and the main commerce hub in the western regions of the country. The city is also the headquarters of Nyanza Province.
The City is located on the shores of Lake Victoria and fishing is a major economic activity here.
This is a vibrant town that offers a different form of entertainment for tourists to western Kenya. From here you can take a drive to the Kakamega Forest, visit one of the many night clubs which feature local “benga” music, the Impala sanctuary and the Kisumu museum.
The city is served by a domestic airport with frequent flights to and from Nairobi mainly by Kenya Airways.
